Stick around at 1:00 p.m., as we offer a crash course on the Federal Corporate Transparency Act.
The Corporate Transparency Act was passed in 2021 and requires certain businesses to disclose owner information to FinCEN, a bureau of the U.S. Department of the Treasury. The purpose of the law is to increase transparency and prevent financial crimes. The deadline for compliance is January 1, 2025, so board members and community managers need to act quickly and efficiently. Join us for a crash course on the Act itself, what this means for you, and how to manage compliance.
