David J. Bloomberg is a Principal at Chuhak & Tecson, P. C. and both leader of the firm’s condominium and community association practice group and co-leader of the Litigation practice group. David focuses his practice on products liability litigation, commercial litigation and condominium and common interest community association law.

Jennifer Medja

Jennifer Medja Sanchez has served with FirstService Residential for eleven years and is a Regional Director on the companys leadership team. Since 2013, she has overseen luxury properties in the Gold Coast, Lakeview, River North, Streeterville, and South Loop neighborhoods. Jennifer previously served with the firm in California, overseeing a complex slate of properties in the Orange County area. Jennifer has successfully directed life safety compliance projects, roofing projects, faade repair and maintenance, and large-scale common area renovation projects. Jennifer brings a strong background in project management, financial management, and employee mentorship and development. For a number of years, Jennifer has assisted in reviewing and refining many of the firms operational processes. Professional Credentials: Jennifer has a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation and an Association Management Specialist (AMS) designation through the Community Associations Institute (CAI). She is also a CompTIA Project+ certified project manager.

Kimberly Sutherland

RealManage

Kimberly started with Rowell, Incorporated in 2008, before becoming part of the RealManage family in 2017. Before beginning her career in community association management, Kimberly worked as a lead transactional and regulatory paralegal at two major international corporations and, upon receiving her MBA, she handled treasury operations and oversaw an accounts receivable department in a small consumer services company. 

Kimberly maintains her CMCA, AMS, and PCAM and is heavily involved with Community Associations Institute serving as the co-chair of the Golf Committee. She was awarded the IL Chapter Rising Star Award in 2014 and the Olympus Award in 2018 for her influence on the development of the chapter.

When not assisting the communities she manages, she serves on the Planning Commission of the Village of Maple Park, Citizens Advisory Committee of Kaneland District 302 and enjoys spending her time with her husband, her children and her dogs, Casey and Bandit.
