The purpose of this advanced course is to increase Board Member knowledge as it relates to a community association’s finances, overall financial stability and best practices in dealing with the multitude of money related aspects in a community.

Myles Philipp, CPA
Cantey Associates
Myles has 15 years of experience with Associations. Currently serving on CAI – Illinois Finance Committee since 2019. Past member of the CAI Manager Education Committee. Coauthored the IICLE Taxation Chapter for Associations. Master of Accountancy from DePaul University.

Diane Esmael
Property Management since 2009. I currently work for a self-managed HOA of 517 homes both single family and townhomes with 84 acres of common ground. I take as many CAI training sessions as I can to further my education and to have refreshers in my knowledge base. I enjoy working with people and helping others so this industry really presents those opportunities. Recently moved from the city to the burbs and still trying to adjust to all the changes but loving every minute of it.
