Helen Fischer is an accomplished onsite community association manager with a decade of experience in both onsite and portfolio community management. Her journey in community management began in administration, and over the years, she has honed her skills and expertise to become a dedicated professional in the field. Helen holds the prestigious Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation.

Helen is passionate about enhancing the resident experience, and one of her greatest strengths lies in her ability to build meaningful connections with members of the community. Her proactive management approach includes exploring new initiatives to integrate into community operations, all while maintaining a keen focus on optimizing the association's funds.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Helen cherishes her time with family and pets, and her interests include traveling, photography, reading, movies, and music.

Myles has 15 years of experience with Associations. Currently serving on CAI – Illinois Finance Committee since 2019. Past member of the CAI Manager Education Committee. Coauthored the IICLE Taxation Chapter for Associations. Master of Accountancy from DePaul University.
