Jeanette Catellier is the Director of Client Relations for Hammerbrush Painting and Construction. Being a licensed community manager in the State of Illinois, she brings over 20 years of management experience to help navigate production projects for managers and community associations. Jeanette has earned the designations of Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Association Management Specialist (AMS), Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) and the Educated Business Partner (EBP).

Jeanette has been given the CAI Rising Star award in 2008, the Illinois Olympus Award in 2012 and was the co chairman of the Program Committee and responsible for the educational training for community managers.

Jeanette has been a speaker for the Community Association Institute and has contributed her writing skills to Common Interest Magazine and other association publications.
